The Killers thrilled the throngs at Weston when they announced that they were an even better audience than the one they’d had last night in Chelmsford, garnering huge cheers from northern fans.
Also stoking the flames were Keane, playing at Hylands Park, who thanked everyone for coming to see them rather than Snow Patrol over on the main stage.
Not ones to be left out, MGMT opened with a cheekily brilliant rendition of ‘Live Forever’, complete with cardboard cut-out of the absent Liam Gallagher!
